This Privacy Policy applies to renovoproject.com, quote.renovoproject.com, and the quote-request flows, forms, and follow-up communications tied to Renovo Project.

Renovo Project is operated by Obieo. In Phase 1, Renovo Project markets roofing quote requests to homeowners and routes those requests to a matched contractor serving the homeowner's area.

When you submit a quote request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, street address, zip code, and details about your home and project.

We also collect technical and marketing-attribution information that helps us operate the site and measure campaign performance, such as IP address, browser information, device information, referring URL, and campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid, and gclid.

We use your information to operate the quote-request service, evaluate whether your request is in an active service area, route your request to a matched contractor, communicate with you about the request, and maintain service integrity.

We may also use information to troubleshoot the website, detect abuse, improve the quote flow, and measure advertising effectiveness through tools such as Meta Pixel and related conversion APIs.

We may share your information with the matched contractor serving your area so that contractor can contact you about the quote you requested.

We may also share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate the website, host forms, manage communications, store leads, and run analytics or advertising infrastructure.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues.

• In Phase 1, Renovo Project is not intended to operate as a broad multi-buyer lead auction.
• We do not share homeowner requests with an open marketplace of unrelated contractors as part of this Phase 1 flow.

By submitting a quote request, you authorize Renovo Project, Obieo, and the matched contractor to contact you by call, text message, and email about that request and related project follow-up.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. If you no longer want to receive text messages, you can reply STOP. If you no longer want marketing emails, you can use the unsubscribe link where available.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the quote-request service, keep required business records, resolve disputes, and enforce program rules.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
