This page explains the commercial and routing disclosures behind the Renovo Project quote flow so homeowners understand who is operating the program, how requests are matched, and how contractor follow-up works.
Who operates Renovo Project
Renovo Project is the consumer-facing brand. Obieo operates the website, lead flow, campaign infrastructure, and contractor routing process behind the brand.
How the program gets paid
Renovo Project and Obieo may receive compensation from participating contractors for qualified quote requests or for participation in the program.
That compensation arrangement does not guarantee placement for every contractor or project. Matching decisions may still consider zip coverage, active lane availability, trade, and program fit.
How requests are routed
In Phase 1, Renovo Project is designed to route a homeowner request to one matched contractor serving the homeowner's area, not to run a broad lead auction.
If a request falls outside an active service lane, the homeowner may be declined, waitlisted, or shown a different path instead of being routed.
How follow-up works
When a homeowner submits a quote request, Renovo Project, Obieo, and the matched contractor may contact that homeowner about the request by phone, text message, and email.
Those communications are intended to support the requested quote, project qualification, inspection scheduling, estimate delivery, and closely related project follow-up.
Accuracy and verification
Availability, service areas, and contractor participation can change. Any statement about licensing, service area, ratings, or credentials should be read together with the specific contractor information shown at the time of contact or estimate.
If a site statement requires verification and has not yet been verified, Renovo Project may revise or remove it without notice.
